recognized leader in the design and manufacture of plastic
edging extrusions for many applications including furnishings,
panel systems, and encasements. Much of our product line
is available for immediate delivery from our large warehoused
inventory. Our engineering team can work closely with you
to develop a quick-turnaround solution for unique requirements.
ITW Plastiglide manufactures all extrusion profiles with the highest quality thermoplastics using state-of-the-art extrusion equipment. We consistently meet exacting specifications by continuously monitoring production to confirm adherence to critical tolerances.

- We offer cellular foam, conventional extrusion,
and co-extrusion at the most competitive
costs.
- We are capable of holding +/- .005 inches
tolerance for most critical dimensions and
can extrude profiles up to seven inches in
diameter with intricate geometry.
- We have state-of-the-art in-house tooling
and engineering capabilities.
- We have versatile in-line
processes such as decorative printing, hot
stamping, embossing, punching, notching and
precision cut lengths.
- We use AUTOCAD and can communicate
via DXF file.
- We employ Total Quality Control operations
from concept design to finished product.
- Short lead times of 4 to 6 weeks for new
part development and 2 to 3 weeks for production
orders.
